Darwin Chorale is a Darwin based choir which began in 1985. The chorale performs several concerts a year along with a variety of community events, The chorale employs local musicians but also works with other exsiting local groups such as the Darwin Symphony Orchestra and Arafura Wind Ensemble, The aim of the chorale is to perform excellent choral music, foster new membership, and develop repertoire and expertise.

Location
The Chorale is located in Darwin, at the Top End of Australia.
Management
The choir is an incorporated body and managed by a voluntary Board under the Chorale's constitution.
Patron
We are pleased to have as our Patron: Her Honour the Honourable Vicki O'Halloran AM, Administrator of the Northern Territory.

To promote excellence in singing among members and musical appreciation within the wider community
Goals
- Provide musical enrichment and enjoyment for members through choral skills development in regular practice, and in public performances.
- Offer music edification and entertainment to the wider community through a variety of choral genres.
- Contribute to the local cultural fabric through service to the community at significant events.
- Engage with other musical organisations in and beyond Darwin where funding permits
- Improve the financial sustainability of the Chorale especially through increased corporate sponsorship.
- Demonstrate sound governance structures that provide transparency and accountability in accordance with the Associations Act (NT), 2003
